I can’t find a match for my team.: Schedules come from tournament organisers, and some matches are announced late or have no confirmed time yet. Open the app again a little later. If a match is still missing after it has been officially announced, email us the team and tournament.
My reminder didn’t arrive.: Check that notifications are allowed in iOS Settings → Notifications → RainBeat Esports, and that Focus modes aren’t silencing them. Reminders are only available for matches with a confirmed start time. If a match is rescheduled, the app updates the reminder the next time it loads the new time.
How do I change the language?: Open Settings in the app and choose Language. The app is available in English and Arabic.
How do I delete my data?: Use Settings → Reset in the app, or delete the app. Everything the app stores is kept on your device. See the privacy policy for details.
Can I bet or win prizes in the app?: No. RainBeat Esports only shows schedules, results and reminders. It has no betting, odds or prizes.
