These terms apply when you download or use the RainBeat Esports iPhone app (“the app”). By using the app, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.
What the app is
RainBeat Esports shows esports match schedules, results, tournaments and teams, and lets you set reminders. It is free to use and is for information only. The app has no betting, odds, deposits, prizes or links to betting services.
Accuracy of match information
Match data comes from third-party sources and tournament organisers. Matches can be rescheduled, delayed or cancelled, and information can be late or incorrect. We work to keep it current but can’t guarantee it. For important plans, check the organiser’s official channels. Reminders depend on your iOS notification settings and on the start time we have at the moment, so we can’t guarantee that every reminder arrives.
Trademarks and independence
Game titles, logos and team names belong to their owners. They appear only to identify the games and teams. RainBeat Esports isn’t affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any game publisher, league, tournament organiser or team.
Using the app fairly
Please don’t copy or resell the app’s data in bulk, try to access our server other than through the app, interfere with how the service works, or use the app for any unlawful purpose.
Changes and availability
We may update, change or stop features, supported games or data sources at any time. We try to keep the service available but don’t promise it will always be uninterrupted.
Apple and the App Store
The app is licensed to you through the Apple App Store, and Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies alongside these terms. Apple isn’t responsible for the app or its content, and has no obligation to provide support for it.
Liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for losses caused by missed, changed or incorrect match information, or by the app being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law, including the Australian Consumer Law and the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, that can’t be excluded.
Ending use
You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it. We may limit access for anyone who breaks these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We’ll change the date at the top of this page, and continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the new terms.
